VICTOR SHORT has owned and managed property for over 20 years under Katy Property Management. Victor became a licensed real estate agent in 1980 and a licensed broker in 1985. Katy Property Management was established in 1986, during the time of high foreclosure rates in the Houston market. Victor sold many of those foreclosures to investors, eager to take advantage of the low prices. Due to the personalized services offered by him, the investors chose to have him manage their newly acquired properties.
Recently Victor expanded the property management company to the Dallas/Fort Worth area with opening of V&P Property Management.
PATRICIA SHORT offers over ten years experience in real estate business, managing, leasing, and buying and selling. Patricia is responsible for the day to day operation, plus provides the input on collections and negotiates repair costs.
JOHNATHON HARDMAN has 10 years of experience in real estate managing, leasing, and buying and selling. Johnathon's responsibilities include client and company reporting, the preparation of monthly statements disbursement of funds to owners and vendors as well as maintaining our technology.
RICHARD HARDMAN is the team member whose responsibilities include turning on and off utilities, maintenance of properties, walk through on vacated or newly acquired properties, listing homes in MLS system and assisting the team in showing our listings to prospective tenants.
